At Brentwood University, Dr. Falsey teaches Marketing, bringing practical business experience and a global perspective to the classroom.

An experienced higher education and business professional with more than 25 years of leadership, teaching, and academic administration experience, Dr. Gray-Baker brings expertise in business, management, public administration, research, and organizational leadership to her teaching.

Dr. Lisoski is an experienced educator and HR professional with 20+ years of university teaching and more than 30 years of hands-on human resources experience with Johnson & Johnson. At Brentwood, he teaches Human Resource Management, bringing expertise in employee relations, compensation, training, organizational development, and workplace operations.

An experienced educator and business professional with expertise in strategic management, operations, data-driven decision-making, and organizational leadership, Dr. Case teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership and serves as a dissertation chair, supporting doctoral students throughout their research.

Bridging project management with healthcare and operations, Dr. Grime brings PMP-certified expertise and more than 15 years of experience working with adult learners. Her background includes healthcare management, bioethics, and leading complex initiatives, allowing her to bring a practical, interdisciplinary perspective to Brentwood’s Project Management and Healthcare Management areas.

Dr. Mark Starik brings decades of academic leadership, research, and applied expertise in environmental and economic sustainability to Brentwood. His work spans strategic sustainability management, environmental policy, sustainable energy and climate solutions, and the integration of environmental and socioeconomic systems. As Brentwood’s Environmental and Economic Sustainability professor, he connects sustainability theory with the strategic and organizational challenges facing businesses and institutions today.

Dr. Rajan Thapaliya specializes in artificial intelligence, data science, and emerging technologies, with experience spanning both academia and industry. His work includes deep learning, AI systems, cloud computing, and the application of data science across business and healthcare. At Brentwood, he brings this multidisciplinary perspective to our Artificial Intelligence programs, connecting advanced technical concepts with practical, real-world applications.

Jamie Klingman brings an entrepreneur’s perspective to Brentwood, drawing on firsthand experience building, growing, and exiting businesses across multiple industries. A serial entrepreneur with ventures spanning healthcare, business brokerage, real estate, nonprofit strategy, and education, she specializes in turning ideas into viable organizations and opportunities. At Brentwood, she brings that real-world approach to Entrepreneurship and Leadership, helping students connect strategy, innovation, and leadership with the realities of building and growing a business.
